We start the session by discussing which areas of healing you wish to focus on, if you have any physical issues, etc. I will then ask you to set an intention in your heart of what you want out of this session. Be selfish! The angels are there to help us, ask them whatever you wish. If it is for your highest good, and highest healing, they will oblige with your request(s).

During the healing session, you lie fully clothed and relaxed on a massage table while soft soothing music is played in the background.

Next, I get to work! A combination of Reiki, IET and healing energy is systematically directed into specific areas of your body’s cellular memory by means of gentle therapeutic touch, and powerful IET techniques are used to gently get your issues out of your tissues for good.

After clearing each physical area of your body, I focus on aligning your chakras, connecting with your soul star to find and fulfill your life’s purpose, clear your Aura, and end with a final grounding.

A session typically lasts for about 45 minutes but can go up to an hour, so plan accordingly. At the end of an Angel Healing session, it is typical to feel relaxed, recharged and refreshed.
